1 st appointment – ½ hour, R450 or claimable from medical aid Dietary requirements are assessed and Optifast systemexplained

    • requirementsCooking tips Proactive nutritional tipsThe Optifast system allows for up to 12 weeks in the “IntensivePhase” after which there is a weaning of period of 2-3 weeks. I willguide you through this process and the draw up a final maintenancemeal plan.

    • Dietary advice relating to your personal requirements

    • Shopping list

    • Suggested meal plan

    • Cooking tips and lifestyle modifications


    • 2nd and follow ups – ½ hour, R250 or claimable directly from medical aid.

    • Label reading

    • Recipes

    • Adjustments to meal plan as needed, depending on individual requirements

    • Cooking tips

    • Proactive nutritional tips.


    • Appointments can be conducted online or in-office.
